Jodi Forever offers both free and premium (paid) membership plans. Free users can access limited features, while premium users receive enhanced services such as profile highlights, direct contact access, and priority support.
All payments made towards premium membership are non-refundable once the services have been activated or utilized. This includes cases where you have viewed contact details, sent interests, or received responses from other users.
A refund request may be considered under the following conditions:
Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.
Payment Failure: If the payment was deducted but the premium features were not activated.
Service Not Delivered: If you paid but did not receive the promised service within the expected timeline (subject to verification).
To request a refund, please email us at support@perfectmatchpoint.co.in within 3 days of the transaction date. Provide your:
Registered email address
Transaction ID or payment receipt
Reason for refund request
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused period of the plan.
